The central library ofcollege was established in the college in the year 1989, since the library hasmade consistent progress in terms of collection of books, e-resources andservices. It reflects the institute's commitment to providing the best possiblelibrary and information services to its academic community of faculty members,students and staff members. It is a major resource for art, science, commerce,and allied subject’s information in this part of the world and has a tremendouscollection of both printed and digital resources. The Library has been continuingits mission of facilitating the creation of new knowledge through theprocurement, retrieval, preservation, organization and dissemination ofdifferent resources.
College Library is muchenriched in the terms of reference books and text books. The Library has total23125 Text Book, 353 Reference Book and New Paper 02. Llibrary cards are issued to all the students forissuing text books, reference books and magazine. Library also provides bookbank services for SC/ST and BPL students; they can keep the books with them upto examination.
According to the currentscenario we are going to the way of Library Automation through Library Manager,more than 10000 Books are put-up in Library Manager Database. Borrowing time ofLibrary is 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Libraryfacilitates two types of membership, Regular Membership for all Under GraduateStudents and Book Bank Membership for ST, SC and BPL Students. Both Kinds ofmembership forms are available in our college website. Through our Collegewebsite Library Section Tab students and all other user can provide Feedbackand necessary suggestions for better Library Services. Asmall section in the central library is displayed as “Thesis Gallery” where Ph.D. Thesis of all the teaching staff has been displayed for the access ofstudents and faculty members.
Anothersection is displayed as “Authors club” including the published books of all thefaculty members of the College.
